I am Richard Phillips,
Me and my 3 daughters and my girlfriend Barb reside near the
community of Pea Ridge about 6 miles northeast of Elkton on
Hadden Mill Rd.
We have lived here in Todd County since 1996 having moved
to this area from Hopkinsville Ky.
I presently work for Combs Construction in Block and Brick as
well as some concrete Finishing.
We are presently finishing up the Brad Fowler home in Georgetown
Estates and we will be starting work on the Kyle Kenner home sometime
around the first part of next week on Shemwell Rd near Sharon Grove.....

In 1997 i have engaged in the hobby of collecting Indian Artifacts,
Although it had begun as a personal hobby it has become a
fascinating trip for me into the Ancient world of the American Indians
who lived here in Todd, Christian & Montongomery Counties between
9000 to 14,000 years ago and has been a very rewarding subject to
research.
